Recently, we had the opportunity for Local Boys Construction to do some work for us. Their prompt, courteous, and professional service prompted us to write this letter. Local boys construction built our deck on our house. They did an amazing job and are very reliable. We told them what we wanted and Local Boys construction went above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend Clayton and Luca of Local Boys Construction, as a General Contractor.

My husband and I own property in Eastern Washington and had a small shell of a structure built in 2011. The structure was somewhat subpar and we needed a contractor to come in and finish the shell, turning it into the cabin we’d been dreaming of. We spoke with a number of contractors, both on the East and West side of the mountains, but when we met with Local Boys, the decision was easy: they produce a high quality product at a very competitive rate.

Throughout the building process, Clayton and Luca were open to our ideas. They were honest and communicative, and above all, they were professional. They acted as an advisor, knowing people in the area to leverage, and products that worked in the Brewster climate. They provided solutions that worked, while still keeping us on budget.

Taking a product that is nothing more than a shell and turning it into a fully finished, polished cabin is not an easy task, but Local Boys did it and surpassed our expectations – which are high. They helped turn our dream into a reality and allowed us to create a special place we truly treasure, one where lifelong memories will be made.
